Overview
Precise, a leading specialist lender, serves customers often neglected by mainstream banks with their buy-to-let and residential mortgages. As a member of the UX design team collaborating with Precise, our aim was to enrich their website for its customers. Working closely with Precise, I participated in daily discussions to ensure we understood and translated their vision effectively. The project involved regular client standups, user testing sessions during wireframing with real-time feedback, thorough identification of pain points, iterative enhancements, and the final UI of the website.
